Love Bite Shot Glasses

Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup water (room temperature)

- 3/4 cup cold water

- Shot glass mix

Standard Method:

Preparation: Pour 3/4 cup of room-temperature water into a pot. Let it sit for 3–5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom (this helps the gelatin absorb the water and dissolve more easily). 1. Heating: Mix the gelatin and water well, then heat on the stovetop at medium temperature. Stir occasionally until small bubbles form around the edges of the pot. Avoid bringing it to a full boil. 2. Cooling: Remove the pot from the stovetop. Add 3/4 cup of cold water and mix thoroughly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. 3. Molding: Pour the gelatin mixture into shot glass molds. 4. Refrigeration: Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set.

Fast Method:

Freezing and Refrigeration: Place the molds in the freezer for 15 minutes to speed up the setting process. Then transfer them to the refrigerator for 2 hours to finish setting.

Serving:

Once the gelatin is fully set, remove the shot glasses from the mold, rim with sugar and enjoy!

For optimal outcome, it is advised to use Shot-Ti Mix with Shot-Ti Mini Shot Glass Kit molds.

Refrigerate:

Keep Shot Glasses refrigerated until use.
